Facilities

Union Township Civic Center rooms and park shelters are available for reservations. Patrons may request reservations within a three-month period beginning with the current month and including the next two months. All requests must be received at least five (5) business days before a requested date. Reservations are not for the purpose of business or for-profit venture where fees or charges are imposed. Union Township has established the flowing rates:

Gym (90 minute Sessions): Free / No Charge (No Business Use Permitted)
Riverview Room (M-F, Two (2) Hour Max.): Free / No Charge
Collegiate Room (Meetings Only): Free / No Charge
Queen City Room (Two (2) Hour Max.): Free / No Charge
$100.00 per hour after Two (2) hours

Non-Residents / Non-Township Businesses:
Gym (90 minute Sessions): $150.00 (No Business Use Permitted)
Riverview Room (M-F, Two (2) Hour Max.): $200.00
Collegiate Room (Meetings Only): $200.00
Queen City Room (Two (2) Hour Max.): $500.00 / $100.00 per hour after Two (2) hours

Township Homeowner Associations (HOA) & Non-Profits:
Gym (90 minute Sessions): Contact Township Administrator
Riverview Room (M-F, Two (2) Hour Max.): No Charge / 1x per month
Collegiate Room (Meetings Only): No Charge / 1x per month
Queen City Room (Two (2) Hour Max.): No Charge / 1x per month

Township Residents: Free / No Charge (Four (4) Hour Maximum)
Non-Residents: $100.00 (Four (4) Hour Maximum)

Rental fees may be paid by credit card online or in-person by check. All fees shall be paid not more than three (3) days after receiving payment link information from the Township, via email. All fees shall be non-refundable once paid.

Non-profit organizations, businesses, and HOA’s located in Union Township may reserve a room
(not including the gymnasium) at no cost once per month.

The Township may cancel a reservation due to a Township sponsored event. Notification will be provided as soon as the event arises.

Catch & Release fishing allowed at the pond.

All Township parks are open from dawn to dusk and are pet friendly.

If you are interested in reserving time on one of the baseball diamonds, you can do so by filling out the necessary form which can be found below. You an submit the form by uploading it below or you can submit it to Matt Taylor at the Union Township Service Department located at 4312 Glen Este-Withamsville Road. Baseball diamonds are currently reserved through July 2024.
